Scholarships for Summer Camp 2017

Thanks to the generosity of many happy VEI campers, we are able to offer a number of scholarships. It's super easy to participate. Just review the categories, decide which one fits you and follow the simple instructions. Every scholarship will be distributed and you could be one of the recipients. The intent of the donors is to introduce new people to the Happy Healthy Retreats experience.

As a positive and growing community we welcome new friends who share our interests in healthy living, thoughtful actions and peaceful lives.

Macrobiotic Family Scholarship

A scholarship grants up to $500 per adult (up to two) and up to $250 per child is available to any family with at least one child between the ages of 4 and 12. Applicants must apply by the deadline with an essay of up to 500 words. Preference is given to first-time campers.

Macrobiotic Path Scholarship

Three scholarship grants up to $500 each are available to any person interested in studying macrobiotic theory and/or cooking. Applicants must apply by the deadline with an essay of up to 500 words. Preference is given to first-time campers and to persons under 36 years of age.
